Why do you work for Christian Unified?
I choose to work at Christian Unified because I believe that our profession requires that we do more than teach a subject, it requires that we help prepare our students for life after high school. This charge requires us to help raise our students up in His ways, so that they have a solid foundation upon which to build their future. An education without knowing our Savior is of very little value. I believe that education must be grounded in Truth and teaching at Christian Unified allows us that opportunity.
Interesting facts:
I love sports, including football, over-the-line, golf, and just about anything else which involves outdoor activity. I love spending time in Montana and coaching football at Christian High, where I am the offensive-line coach for both the Varsity and the Junior Varsity teams, as well a being the Head Coach for the JV team. I have two children, both of whom are now grown and who love the Lord. I grew up in El Cajon but I attended the University of North Dakota, where I played football. I have been a practicing attorney since 1996, but I have always wanted to teach. I hope to spend the rest of my working career teaching at Christian Unified.
