Life Verse
One of the Bible verses I hold close to my heart is 1 Peter 4:11. It says, “If anyone speaks, he would do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen (NIV).”
Why do you work for Christian Unified?
As part of the Christian Unified family, I am thrilled to teach from a Biblical world view. To be able to encourage, to motivate, and to inspire our precious students to reach their full potential in Christ, and to build a relationship with Him, is both a privilege and a BLESSING.
Interesting Facts
When I’m not with my first graders, I love to spend family time with my husband of twenty years and my two children, Sam, nineteen, and Susannah, seventeen. We like taking road trips and family vacations. We also love to go bowling and ice skating, and we enjoy walking or riding bikes in Mission Bay or Coronado. My husband and I jump at the chance to go sailing when the weather is nice. When I have a few minutes of free time here and there, I love to read, go to the beach, and watch cooking shows.
