On March 7, 2024, students at Christian High joined together to worship through the Sunrise Prayer Walk. It provided students an opportunity to break into small groups and pray on the soccer field as a way to grow their faith closer to God. Senior Noelle Sanchez was inspired to organize the Prayer Walk by how her father’s church used to do similar events and how much of an amazing experience it was. When asked how much impact she believed it had on the students and if she would consider organizing this again, she replied, “I think this had a great impact on the students, because it showed everyone the importance of prayer and unity. I would definitely consider organizing this again, it was a great encouragement to me and many others who came!”
