“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” John 13:34
Why do you work for Christian Unified?
First and foremost, this is the gifting and calling God has placed on my life. I want to honor that be obedient to His direction. I find it so amazing that God is allowing me to be a part in the shaping and molding of His kids into the leaders, world changers, parents, and innovators of tomorrow. Plus, I’m absolutely wild about looking deeply into literature. Literature is my jam and I just think it is the best that we can all come from different backgrounds and different experiences allowing us to view the exact same piece of literature with new interpretations and new depths!
You’ll often hear me refer to my family as Cheese, Bean, and Moose
We are a hockey family! Find us at the rink or rooting on the Ducks!
We have a converted camper van that we lovingly call “The Bambino.”
Beach and family and breakfast = my happy place!
I am the absolute worst cook…ever! 🙂

I started teaching in 2007 at Horizon High School. While there I taught 11th grade English, Junior High English, and was a co-adviser for Yearbook. When Horizon closed in 2017, the Lord brought me over to Christian.
