With Accelerated Reader (AR), students choose books from a list. When they finish each book, they take a specially designed, computerized quiz to test their comprehension.
At Christian Unified, each school has nearly 2,000 AR books for students to choose from! These books include scores of time-tested classics, several hundred Christian fiction and historical fiction novels, carefully-selected Christian biographies, and, at the high school level, more than one hundred Christian non-fiction books by authors like Max Lucado, Bruce Wilkinson, and Chuck Swindoll.
CHS/CJHS students will link to Webrary to search the library shelf list for books that are part of the Accelerated Reader Program. Printable/searchable lists will be provided at the start of the school year on this page for the elementary AR lists. CJHS/CHS Webrary
