THE MISSION of Christian Unified Schools of San Diego is to train students to think, learn and live from a Biblical worldview. What this means at Christian Unified is that each of our teachers are committed followers of Christ, dedicated to academic excellence and focused on nurturing their student’s faith in God. A Biblical worldview means that the parent has God-given authority over a child’s life and we are to partner with the parent in the educational experience. We believe our mission also prepares our students for a life of dedication and service to God and others.
Why is this Biblical worldview training so important? Think of it this way: most children will spend seven hours a day; five days a week; nine months a year; for thirteen of the first eighteen years of their life at school. Other than the home, our children will spend more time in the classroom than anywhere else. Without question, whatever worldview our children are exposed to at school will directly impact a student’s life.
We invite parents who desire a Christ-centered education for their children to call our admissions office for a tour and additional information. It is our conviction that investing in a Christian education will be one of the best decisions a parent can make.
